The DIA-SPORT association was established in 1995 in Sofia, Bulgaria as a widely represented non-governmental organization. The Mission of DIA-SPORT association is to increase the quality of education and training at all levels and in all its forms.
The DIA-SPORT is taking part in: Grundtvig 1 project “I AM 2003 – inclusive education of adults”(to be finalised in 2005); Minerva project “Train POCODIMA - Training Instruments for Positive Conflict and Difference Management with ITC tools” (to be finalised in 2005); Grundtvig 2 projects “Smiley Faces - European Learning Bags” and “Evaluation and Self–evaluation in Informal Education”.

The DIA-SPORT has been actively involved in other finalized projects and initiatives: 2 Grundtig 2 projects "REHA-INPROD - Rehabilitation of adults with special needs and their (re)integration in the productive work" and "16/26 - young adult education” project; 2 projects under Youth programme of the EC - “Feeling European” and “Self and the Stranger”; “Environment and health", "The European dimensions in education"; "I and my parents are like all of you"; "CAPS - Children's Asthma Project"; “A hand stretched for health – Health for all in the 21st century”; "E-world = E-people?" projects; Educational seminars, Trainings etc.
