The centre was established in 2000 as a public institution to the BG Ministry of education and sciences.
Field of activities - teacher training, teacher qualification and pre-qualification, drop out students, professional orientation and career development of the students, foreign language education.
The centre has experience in projects on national, regional and international levels.
Approximately 400-500 trainees pass the respective /offered training courses per year.
