This pre-proposal contain listing of 81 partners from 14 countries (including Croatia and Switzerland - at the moment these two countries do not have full right under the Socrates programme). See pp 25-30 for the content description of aims and objectives. Decision will be made end of December whether this pre-proposal will be accepted and a proper application will be sent by March 1, 2005. |
